Wastewater treatment technology
Combines “high-energy spiral electron-beam cracking” and “high-density ion-modified OH-based catalytic oxidation” equipment for wastewater treatment and odor removal in VOC-producing industries.
Water & Tail-Gas Treatment
A complete treatment system for corn-processing wastewater: collection, anaerobic and aerobic treatment, settling, filtration, reuse or discharge.
Corn deep processing produces wastewater and odors. Difficult treatment and non-compliant odor-gas and wastewater discharges are industry challenges. Environmental protection, pollution reduction, prevention of ecological deterioration and cleaner production underpin long-term development.
Main wastewater route plus odor, biogas power, flare and sludge branches, with both water reuse and compliant discharge.

The absorption tower incorporates a high-frequency electric-field unit, a coupled ozone hydrodynamic-cavitation unit and O₃-enriched ion technology.
Design is customized to product characteristics, discharge standards, funding and location, with applicable discharge requirements as the design criterion.
Treated water returns to the plant water system and biogas-generated electricity returns to production. Its flowchart includes both clean-water reuse and compliant wastewater discharge; the project design determines the reuse and discharge arrangement.
Typical KORN process figures and technical advantages. Final parameters are subject to project design and the technical agreement.
Original bilingual process diagram from the company brochure. All labels and connections are preserved. Translated text outside the diagram is a reading aid.
An oxygen-supply system feeds the aerobic stage.
The generator includes a compliant exhaust-gas discharge branch.
Sludge returns from the sludge tank to the aerobic system.
